I first met Dr. DeMartino in 1972 after Dr.Wing Tsit Chan recommended I study with him. I remained close with Dr DeMartino for decades until his death. Through him I met Dr Masao Abe in 1986 and remained close to him for the remainder of his life. I was fortunate to spend a great amount of personal time with each of these great men and consider them to be close friends and great teachers.
I’ve studied martial arts for over 44 years spending most of that time in Kwong Sai Jook Lum Gee Tong Long Pai and in English: Jiangsi Province Bamboo Forest Monastery Praying Mantis Family of kung fu. I also studied Shotokan karate and Aikido for a while. Jooklumprayingmantis.com
